Waking up in Alameda with my dad this morning is quite the treat. We’re driving around town today to see what’s in the area. Took the bus, BART and the trolleys around town yesterday to Pier 39… QUITE the adventure, but ate a delicious lunch (seared ahi and salmon/wild rice) at a cute little restaurant right on the pier.
Spent the afternoon trying to find an Asian market (which, we found a few but they didn’t have what we were looking for) and ended up finding a Trader Joe’s. Bought some Fat Tire, pretzels and spent the afternoon driving around Alameda.
Enjoying some hang out time :) today looks the same — a low key and welcome adventure.
